What a year 2020 is turning out to be! At the Broad Ripple Village Association, we are rolling with the punches to try to support our community in the most effectives ways possible. So far, we’ve been focusing on:

Because of COVID-19 restrictions, we have had to drastically amend our events calendar. Here are the highlights.

Unavoidably, there will be no 2020 Carnival, Home Tour, or Ripple Effect 5K

Third Thursday Art Walk Nights – May return in August.

What the Duck, 2020!?! (Duck Race Alternatives)

Instead of our traditional Duck Race (which we cannot hold safely given the crowds we draw), we are going to be holding a What The Duck 202o?!? Raffle. We will be selling raffle tickets at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market, as well as at our office during office hours, and at special sale dates (stay tuned!). We will also be selling What The Duck 2020? T-shirts and our souvenir ducks to raise money for the neighborhood. As you know, the Duck Race is typically one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and helps us fund initiatives and projects involving beautification, public safety, COVID-19 relief, economic development and much more. Please help us support Broad Ripple by participating in our fundraiser. Read more here.
