Breakfast at the Market is a long-standing Saturday morning tradition. Work up an appetite doing your shopping, and then relax and enjoy some of the best breakfast food anywhere in the city. Sit and eat on site at the cafe tables near the entrance, or take your breakfast home to savor at your leisure.

Behind Glendale Town Center this year, we have a new layout with all of the breakfast foods lined up along the west side of the Market. Stroll down Ready-to-Eat Row and take in the sights and smells. Choose your favorite or try them all:

3-in-1 RESTAURANT: your choice of Salvadoran sweet corn masa tamales or stuffed pupusas with chicken, cheese, beans, and/or pork and crema or salsa toppings

APRICOT SUN: manesh flat bread served with Apricot Sun’s own Zaatar, fresh tomatoes from Silverthorn Farm, and artisan mozzarella from Tulip Tree Creamery

BYRNE’S GRILLED PIZZA: with eggs and more – P.B.S. (three meats), Hey Zeus (meat, onion, mushroom, peppers), Californian (spinach, bacon, tomato, avocado)

HUBBARD & CRAVENS COFFEE & TEA: fair trade premium hot coffees, flavored cold brews and iced specialty coffees, chais, teas, and juices (try the Matcha)

LA CHINITA POBLANA: breakfast tacos like pork carnitas, chicken tamarind, blackened tilaplia curry, red curry steak, or special cactus paddle; plus iced fresh fruit beverages

SKILLINGTON FARMS: sausage egg & cheese breakfast sandwiches (on special honey bread) or in wraps, onions & peppers optional; and creamy fruit smoothies

URBAN AWARENESS GARDENS: changing menu of hand-crafted breakfast sandwiches on artisan sourdough with farm fresh eggs and varied fresh herbs and veggies
