This week you’ll find plenty of local ingredients for your New Year’s celebrations!
- Look for Batch No. 2‘s new Smoking Ghost Chile Catsup at the Market this Saturday!
- See our recipe this week for a great way to use beautiful arugula available at Johnnie Raber Family Farm!
- Just in time for New Years Eve, Lick will have their Berries & Champagne ice cream.
- A special “pop-up” vendor is joining us this Saturday. We met Jason Michael Thomas from Urban Awareness Gardens at the Tulip Tree Creamery’s “Cheesemas” Pop-Ups in December. Jason is a farmer and artisan who makes long fermentation, high hydration sourdough loaves from his own wild yeast sourdough.
We’ll have Weeks #2/#4 vendors Batch No. 2, Wild Alaska Salmon & Seafood, Primal Delights and Trailhead Naturals with us this Saturday.
Full Hand Farm and Amelia’s are out on vacation this week but will be back next week.
Check our complete list of full-time and part-time vendors on our Vendor Page.
