New to the Market it 2020, Say It Ain’t Salsa offers handmade salsa from fire-roasted tomatoes, red onions, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, salt, serrano peppers and black pepper. Their incredible salsa is made in small batches allowing them to apply super strict quality control, ensuring that every bite is just as amazing as the last.
They process their salsa using water bath canning, which is a preservation method that has been used for centuries. Using this, they’re able to create time capsules in every jar that keeps the amazing fresh flavor of their salsa without the use of added preservatives. The only preservative you’ll find in their salsa is citric acid, which naturally occurs in limes.
Certified by the Marion County Health Department with an Acidified Foods Supervisor and ServSafe Manager on site at all times, you can feel safe knowing your salsa has gone through rigorous safety checks.
