Market Location Survey

If our current venue at Second Presbyterian were located in Broad Ripple and had more parking, it would be ideal!  The long-term goal is to return to Broad Ripple, however, there are currently no venues available.  This survey will help us determine if we should seek an alternative location for next year.  Please take a moment to tell us what you think here.

RECIPE OF THE WEEK: “Digging” Root Veges – What’s healthy, vegetarian, colorful, and full of wonderful earthy flavor? The answer is this Root Vegetable Tarte Tatin! Perfect as a main dish or a super side, the root vegetables bring lots of nutrients to the table and they last a long time in your pantry. Just what you need on a cold day. Can you “dig” it?   Recipe here.

MUSICAL GUEST: Patrick McBride – Pat McBride plays an acoustic mix of 60’s favorites, standards and originals. Our regular customers may remember him as half of the Two Starlighters who have played the market many times.  FYI – all our musicians volunteer for the Market, so tips are much appreciated!

Austrian Delights

Tina Wesely and Kuacha & me(h) joined the Market in 2020 bringing authentic Austrian cakes, strudels and breads. Trained as a cook in her native Austria, her home-made products are typical Austrian pastries such as: Sachertorte (chocolate cake), Apfelstrudel (apple strudel), Zopf (braided bread), and Linzerschnitte (linzer torte). The name “kuacha und me(h)” is Austrian dialect for “cake and more”.
