WHAT’S COOKING: Bountiful Beets
Spring is almost here and with it, time for a fresh seasonal salad that takes full advantage of what’s available at the Market right now. Think lovely young spinach (or other greens), beautiful big beets, onions, cheese, bacon, and honey. It would be great with a cup of soup or all by itself! Check out the recipe!
MUSICAL GUEST: Combustible Dust
Combustible Dust (aka Dustin McKinney), is influenced by American folk traditions, Brazilian music, songs from Spain, Eastern Europe, and Louisiana Creole. He is a music teacher as well as a singer and instrumentalist. Come listen to him sing and play while you shop this Saturday! FYI – all our musicians volunteer for the Market, so tips are much appreciated!
