Early Birds – We Need Your Help
Please be aware that many customers show up well before 8 am on Saturday and wait in line patiently. When we ring the bell and open, please do not cut in from the other direction, but wait until the customers who have been in line have entered. (If you are disabled and cannot walk to the end of the line, please ask one of the volunteers to assist you in joining the line as it enters.) Thank you for your cooperation.

How to Store Potatoes
With proper storage, potatoes can keep for 3-6 months or longer.
Dark: Store in a dark place.
Good Ventilation: A small fan works for areas with no air movement.
Cool: Keep cool at 45˚F to 50˚F.
Humid: Prevent them from drying out. Use a humidifier, or a pan of water near your air source.
For more details see our full blog post on storing potatoes.
