The Broad Ripple Winter Farmers Market is coming home to the heart of the community this season! Beginning Saturday, November 2, the market will be held at Broad Ripple Middle School (1115 Broad Ripple Avenue), marking an exciting return to the neighborhood after being located at the Glendale Town Center for several years.

This move would not have been possible without the collaboration and support of Indianapolis Public Schools and Broad Ripple Middle School, and we are deeply grateful for their partnership in helping us create a vibrant, convenient space for vendors and shoppers alike.

The Winter Farmers Market will take place every Saturday (except Thanksgiving weekend) from November-April from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The market offers a diverse selection of locally grown produce, ready to eat food, and homemade products. Visitors can expect the same beloved vendors and atmosphere, now within a space that reflects Broad Ripple’s strong sense of community.

The Market will be set up in the school cafeteria and surrounding hallways which will provide enough space for the returning Market vendors. The entrance to the Market will be on the south side of the building facing the same parking lot that was used for the Summer Market for many years. There will be handicapped parking close to the entrance, and traffic will be one way in off of Compton, and one way out onto 61st Street, just as it was for the old Summer Market. Overflow parking is available in the parking lot behind Einstein Bagels and along the streets in the neighborhood surrounding the school.

Returning the market to the heart of the community will not only strengthen ties within Broad Ripple Village but also support the broader vision of local engagement, sustainability, and neighborhood connection.

Mark your calendars and join us on Saturday, November 2, to kick off a new chapter for the Broad Ripple Winter Farmers Market. For more info or to reach to our market managers, click here.
