Vendor Highlights for December 14, Week 2
Planning for the Holidays
- BRFM Gift Certificates make great gifts! Available in $5 increments.
- The reorder of 30th Anniversary t-shirts is in!! We’ll have all sizes available and they too make great gifts! Plus we have a few copies left of the 30th Anniversary limited-edition signed print.
- This Saturday our produce vendors will have fennel, celery, onions, squash, collards, chard, cabbage, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, daikon radishes, and so many beautiful greens and herbs!
- Check out this week’s “recipe” below for a guide to making a perfect charcuterie board. Then visit our meat, cheese, and bread vendors (and more) for the ingredients!
- Linda Chapman from Harvest Moon Flower Farm is retiring after Christmas this year so be sure to stop by and wish her well. Good news is that her hard working team has created a new business to grow flowers on the Harvest Moon property. But we won’t see them until March when they are back with spring flowers.
- Filigree Bakery is doing their Holiday thing this Saturday with unicorn macarons, Holiday cookie platters and boxes, and macaron gift boxes.
- Dirt Bar is back for their final week this season with holiday planters and some scraps to make swags.
- Artisano’s Oils & Spices has amazing gift samplers in boxes or stocking style. Great gifts for the foodie on your list!
- A couple of reminders to customers: one is about returning egg cartons to vendors so they can be reused. The other is about remembering to close entrance doors behind you as you enter the Market. Thank you!!!
Vendors out this Week
- Gomez will be out this week and next (Michael has dropped BBQ from his business name which now goes by just Gomez). Michael is traveling to Argentina for a cooking class – excited to see how his experience expands his culinary offerings!!!
- Rebecca’s Best is also out as Rebecca is singing in a holiday event on Saturday morning.
To find vendor locations at the Market, check the newsletter Vendor Map each week or scan the Vendor Map QR Code at the entrance to the Market. Click here to see the complete list of our Winter Market vendors. The Vendor Map and Vendor list are also available on our website.
Remember to bring CASH in order to purchase from the few vendors who don’t take credit cards (Norman Mullet Farm and Phelps Family Farm).
Lost & Found items are turned in to the BRFM Information booth – be sure to check there if you’ve lost something (water bottles, wallets, kids’ stuff) at the Market.
