Two Snap Pea Recipes

Snap peas are currently in season at the Market and available from several vendors. Therefore, now is the perfect time to try some delicious healthy recipes with fresh local snap peas. These two dishes also use seasonal asparagus, local ground pork, always in-season shiitakes, and spring lettuces. Get the recipe.

MUSICAL GUEST:
North – Eric Zhong

Eric Zhong plays the handpan, a rare melodic percussion instrument known for its warm, resonant tones. The sound is uniquely peaceful and rhythmic. Eric aims to create a welcoming, uplifting environment that encourages people to enjoy browsing the market and lingering over breakfast to hear more.

MUSICAL GUEST:
South – Whobilados

Whobilados play a mix of lively traditional tunes and originals blending multi-part vocals, with varied instruments, for their highly listenable music.  Be entertained while you shop or take a break to sit and listen. Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market,
so tips are much appreciated!
