WHAT’S COOKING:
Savory Frittata with Potatoes, Shiitake, and Garlic Scapes

With Garlic Scapes having arrived at the Market for their short but spectacular season, we’d like to offer this fabulous frittata recipe using eggs, shiitakes, and potatoes from the Market as well. Don’t wait to try it as Garlic Scapes are never around for very long!

MUSICAL GUEST:
North – Pat McBride

Enjoy music by Pat McBride this Saturday! Pat brings us folk rock originals along with standards and 60s favorites. His mix of tunes is always entertaining and very popular at the Market.  Come listen to him sing and play while you browse the booths.

MUSICAL GUEST:
South – Emma Richards

Please welcome Emma Richards to the Market. Emma is a singer, songwriter, and local college student. Along with her own originals, she plays covers from a variety of genres, including artists such as The Beatles, Counting Crows, Pearl Jam, Fleetwood Mac, John Mayer, and many more.

Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market, so tips are much appreciated!
