VENDOR SCHEDULES

Out This Week:

  • Oulala and Chez Pauline are on vacation this Saturday, back next week.
  • Pete’s Peaches and Watch Us Farm are out this week because of staffing – both hope to be back next week.
  • Rebecca’s Best (hickory syrup) was planning to start their summer season this week but weather got in the way. Look for them to start on July 19.

To find vendor locations at the Market, check the newsletter Vendor Map each week or scan the Vendor Map QR Code at the entrance to the Market. Click here to see the complete list of our Summer Market vendors. The Vendor Map and Vendor list are also available on our website.

Remember to bring CASH for the few vendors who don’t take credit cards (Norman Mullet Farm, Johnnie Raber Family Farm, and Phelps Family Farm).

Lost & Found items are turned in to the BRFM Information booth – be sure to check there if you’ve lost something at the Market.

WHAT’S COOKING:
Summery Zucchini and Fennel Salad

Fresh, crisp and bright, lemony shaved zucchini and fennel make a refreshing summer salad. While it is crispiest right when it’s made, leftovers can be perked up with fresh herbs or even repurposed by roughly chopping and tossing leftover salad with arugula and cooked chicken. Get the recipe.

MUSICAL GUEST:
North – Combustible Dust

Combustible Dust (aka Dustin McKinney), is influenced by American folk traditions, Brazilian music, songs from Spain, Eastern Europe, and Louisiana Creole. He is a music teacher as well as a singer and instrumentalist.

MUSICAL GUEST:
South – Dan Kusaya

Danmore Kusaya is a one-man band — cool, likeable, and unique. His musical mix is world and afrobeat-groovy. Dan uses story-like lyrics, and powerful looping of several instruments while performing original songs and more. Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market, so tips are much appreciated!
