WHAT’S COOKING: Coconut Butternut Squash Soup
With the weather starting to cool and all the fall produce coming on; this is a great time to make soup. This recipe from NYT Cooking is absolutely delicious, and full of nutritious ingredients. As an added bonus – it’s vegan too!
MUSICAL GUEST: North – Squirrel Butter
Squirrel Butter, a duo consisting of Charlie Beck & Charmaine Slaven, musically explore old-time, bluegrass, blues, country, & Cajun genres on the banjo, guitar, fiddle, steel guitar, step-dance, and song. We’re happy to have them back at the Market!
MUSICAL GUEST: South – Dan Kusaya
Danmore Kusaya is a one-man band — cool, likeable, and unique. His musical mix is world and afrobeat-groovy. Dan uses story-like lyrics, and powerful looping of several instruments while performing original songs and more.
Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market, so tips are much appreciated!
