WHAT’S COOKING: Carrot Risotto with Chile Crisp
With so many beautiful carrots at the Market we just had to bring this one back! Shallots, garlic and white wine are the foundation for a risotto subtly sweet with freshly grated carrots, then topped with a pile of smoky roasted carrots.
MUSIC AT THE MARKET:Squirrel ButterSquirrel Butter, a duo consisting of Charlie Beck & Charmaine Slaven, musically explore old-time, bluegrass, blues, country, & Cajun genres on the banjo, guitar, fiddle, steel guitar, step-dance, and song. We’re happy to have them back at the Market! Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market, so tips are much appreciated!
