WHAT’S COOKING: Winter Minestrone with Cabbage PestoCabbages become plentiful in cold weather and are celebrated in this dish, used first to flavor the soup, then whizzed into a pesto to spoon on top. This version uses black beans adding wonderful nuttiness and depth alongside the cabbage.
MUSIC AT THE MARKET:Mario JovenWe are pleased to welcome back a BRFM favorite Marion Joven and friend Steve Goodman. Mario always pulls together interesting artists for a great sound! Plan to have some breakfast, browse the Market, and enjoy! Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market,
so tips are much appreciated!
