WHAT’S COOKING:
Colcannon (Mashed Potatoes and Cabbage)Colcannon is a comforting Irish dish of mashed potatoes with tender cabbage or kale, scallions and plenty of butter. Fry spoonfuls of leftover colcannon for tasty potato pancakes served under a runny egg.

MUSIC AT THE MARKET:
Dan KusayaDanmore Kusaya is a one-man band — cool, likeable, and unique. His musical mix is world and afrobeat-groovy. Dan uses story-like lyrics, and powerful looping of several instruments while performing original songs and more. Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market,
so tips are much appreciated!
