As we start the new year, the BRVA is launching our January membership drive! Now more than ever, your support is crucial to the continuing success of our vibrant neighborhood.
2020 was a very tough year for everyone. We depend upon revenue from memberships and special events to fund the BRVA. Unfortunately, last year we were unable to hold the Duck Race, Carnival, Home Tour, Ripple Effect 5k, and Lights Up Parade and Festival; all events that bring in revenue and patrons to our Village. Because of this, your membership is even more important this year.
There are many reasons to be a member of the BRVA. As a resident, you enjoy our continued commitment and efforts to beautify and maintain public spaces, keep our streets repaired, and make our community safer. Your membership dollars help fund the walkway lighting along the Canal Esplanade and other areas of the Village along with landscaping and mowing maintenance in public areas. Through our community events and promotional efforts, we bring thousands of visitors to Broad Ripple Village to support local businesses.
In 2021 we look forward to the redevelopment of Broad Ripple Avenue, the construction starts of the Riverwalk connecting the Monon Trail to Broad Ripple Park, and the construction of a new family center in the Park.
Your membership is tax deductible, so please join NOW by clicking here. On this site you will learn more about the various membership levels available.
