WHAT’S COOKING:
Sautéed Lamb Chops with Ramps, Anchovy, Capers and Olives

Wild spring ramps are an earthy aromatic twist to this otherwise traditional approach to lamb chops. But you can also use garlic scapes (coming soon) from the farmers’ market. Get the recipe.

MUSIC AT THE MARKET:
Pat McBride

Enjoy music by Pat McBride this Saturday! Pat brings us folk rock originals along with standards and 60s favorites. His mix of tunes is always entertaining and very popular at the Market.  Come listen to him sing and play while you browse the booths. Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market, so tips are much appreciated!
