WHAT’S COOKING:
Rhubarb Roasted Salmon

This recipe uses a tart ginger-rhubarb sauce to lend brightness to rich roasted salmon. It’s used in two ways here – spooned over the fillets before roasting, allowing the bits of rhubarb to singe and caramelize in the oven’s high heat, then as a sauce served alongside.

MUSIC AT THE MARKET:
Mario Joven

We are pleased to welcome back a BRFM favorite Mario Joven and electric violinist Steve Goodman. Mario always pulls together interesting artists for a great sound! Plan to have some breakfast, browse the Market, and enjoy!
