WHAT’S COOKING: Three Brilliant Ways to Eat Watermelon

This light, plant-based dish is both nutritious and delicious. It almost qualifies as a detox soup with all the healthy greens and the fiber-rich beans. Perfect for any time you want to recover from over-indulging (like at the State Fair?).

MUSICAL GUEST: North – Dan Kusaya

Danmore Kusaya is a one-man band — cool, likeable, and totally unique. His musical mix is world and afrobeat-groovy. He uses story-like lyrics, and looping of multiple instruments while performing original songs and much more. This week he will be joined by members of his drum circle.

MUSICAL GUEST: South – Mario Joven with Steve Goodman

We are pleased to welcome back a BRFM favorite Marion Joven and friend Steve Goodman. Mario always pulls together interesting artists for a great sound! Plan to have some breakfast, browse the Market, and enjoy!

Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market, so tips are much appreciated!
