WHAT’S COOKING: Grilled Eggplant Salad and Sandwich
Everyone loves Eggplant Parmesan, but there’s so much more you can do with the lovely purple-hued veggie. Grilling is a wonderful way to accentuate its creamy cooked texture and add a bit of smoky char flavor. Try this delicious salad or this hearty sandwich for a tasty change of pace.

MUSICAL GUEST: North – Thistle Sisters
We love having the talented folk trio of Julia, Taz, and Allison (aka Thistle Sisters) at the Market whenever we can. Great music from three very entertaining entrepreneurs. Come listen while you browse the market and linger over breakfast!
MUSICAL GUEST: South – Squirrel Butter
Squirrel Butter, a duo consisting of Charlie Beck & Charmaine Slaven, musically explores old-time, bluegrass, blues, country, & Cajun genres on the banjo, guitar, fiddle, steel guitar, step-dance, and song. We’re happy to have them back at the Market!
Our musicians volunteer to perform at the Market, so tips are much appreciated!
