Summer is Coming – But Not Just Yet
The signs that summer is coming are everywhere. School is out for most, the spring produce is winding down, gardens and flower beds are being planted, tomatoes cucumbers and eggplant have made their appearance at the Market; and as the weeks go by, all the summer produce will begin to show up. We’re already enjoying BLTs with vine ripe tomatoes while savoring strawberry shortcake and asparagus with hollandaise sauce just one more time before their season is over. And don’t forget about farm fresh eggs!
